Refunds
We will send you an email to let you know that your returned item has been received and examined. Additionally, we will let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.
Within a specific number of days, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically paid to your credit card or original payment method if you are accepted..
Late or missing refunds

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
You should mail your merchandise to Honda East Las Vegas Parts Center, 1700 E Sahara Ave Suite B, Las Vegas, NV 89104 in order to return it.
When returning an item, you will be responsible for covering your own shipping expenses. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you get one.
The time it takes for your exchanged item to get to you will depend on where you reside.
You might think about getting shipment insurance or using a trackable delivery service if you are returning more expensive things. The receipt of your returned goods is not guaranteed.
